Billing questions
What does per store mean?
Each physical store or counter location is one store. A chain with three branches on Bifocal pays for three stores.
Is the 30-day trial the full product?
Yes. The trial opens every module on the Bifocal plan so you can run real job cards and bills before you choose.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. The change applies from your next billing date.
What if we go over the message allowance?
Extra SMS and WhatsApp messages are billed at the provider’s cost, shown on your monthly invoice.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices are shown before applicable taxes, which are added on the invoice.
